Hello I'm Erika, an multidisciplinary designer with a background in user experience design, creative technology and philosophy. I research, design, and sometimes write. I'm inspired by community and care about equality. I hope to use design as an instrument to build a better world.

I care about creating products that work. My background focuses on the integration of human centered design into products and organizations. This can include growing a design team, building collaborations between departments, creating design systems to enhance efficiency between teams, and organizing an effective design process, reducing friction of project deliveries. I often have my hands in JIRA and other project management tools too. I can effectively work to help your product team identify goals and clarify roadmaps.

I hold a BFA from the New Media Design Department at RIT, Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS in Philosophy, focusing on language and cognition also from RIT.
